20,000 SF shopping center with 2 levels of subterranean parking on a challenging triangular site. The shopping center is designed around a strong pedestrian urban plaza at the confluence of a transportation hub close to the new Vista Sprinter Train Station. Proposed construction will be of curvilinear roof forms with clerestory windows, steel trusses, light weight steel structure and metal panels. The design embraces the quality of the pedestrian environment at the street level.
