The 122-room, 41,000 SF Otay Valley Inn Travelodge was developed by Torrey Sierra Corporation. The three story project cost $3.5 Million, with R.E. Hazard Jr. as the General Contractor. Landscaping and the use of mission roofing tile, stucco and terra-cotta pavers add to the Spanish-style architectural theme. Amenities include a pool, spa and large conference room.
