The 140,000 SF project has been designed with optimum flexibility, catering to small and large support users on the mesa. Strict separation of vehicular and service traffic is maintained while elevated and on-grade loading facilities are provided. The three buildings sport colored steel towers and large proscenium arches at their entries imparting a sense of arrival and scale.
